共识采用专家讨论法,并以“颅咽管瘤、分子遗传学、治疗、分型、专家共识、手术、围手术期治疗、内分泌治疗”等关键词作为检索词,在万方数据库、中国知网、Pubmed、Web of Science、EMBASE等数据库中检索。检索2000年1月至2023年3月2年时间内发表的国内外颅咽管瘤诊断治疗文献。同时以2016版颅咽管瘤共识[1]为参照,并经过37位专家多次讨论后制订。同时发放给全国不同等级医院相关专业医生,提出意见并综合整理修改,旨在为医生的临床诊疗提供指导和帮助。本共识以“问题,推荐意见”为框架对每一条推荐意见进行投票。对有争议的推荐意见多次讨论,循证共识,最终得出推荐意见。
