共识的形成和确定:(1)确定执笔专家,执笔专家结合文献学习、临床工作实践经验分组合作完成“专家共识初稿”。文献来源:检索美国国立图书馆(PubMed)、荷兰医学文摘数据库(Embase)、循证医学图书馆(Cochrane Library)、CINAHL、Web of Science数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网,从建库至2023年4月国内外公开发表的关于副流感病毒的相关文献。(2)召开多次共识讨论会,专家委员会对稿件进行反复审核,执笔专家根据建议进行补充修改。(3)召开共识定稿会,专家委员会在文献系统评价基础上,提出儿童呼吸道感染HPIV的临床实验室诊断9条专家建议,最终形成共识。推荐强度根据专家投票表决结果分为强推荐、推荐和未达成共识3个级别,若同意率(即选择同意的专家人数比例)>90%为强推荐,70%~90%为推荐,<70%则认为该条推荐建议未达成共识。
