重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)技术是一种非侵入性的神经调控技术,已成为各类精神障碍临床治疗和科学研究的重要手段。近年来,国内精神科专科医院和综合医院纷纷引入rTMS治疗抑郁症、强迫症、焦虑障碍、精神分裂症等多种精神障碍,造福患者的同时,也存在一系列问题,如场地和设备配置不规范、技术人员操作规范不统一、治疗方案未按循证证据及时更新、适应证和禁忌证认识不足等,因此如何加强rTMS临床应用的规范性,确保医疗质量和医疗安全,从而提高治疗有效性是临床亟须解决的问题。
